Town and Country Room

The Town and Country Room is a multipurpose room with a capacity for 242 people. You can use this room for meetings, licensed parties or fitness classes.

Small meeting rooms

The CDRC has two smaller meeting rooms that are best suited for meetings or small functions. You can rent this room separately or remove the divider to create a larger space. Our small meeting rooms contain tables, and chairs.

Single meeting room: 11' 3" x 20' 8"

Double meeting room: 22' 6" x 20' 8"

Rental fees

The following rates apply for the small meeting rooms:

Single room costs $26.00 plus HST per hour
Double room costs $37.50 plus HST per hour

Party Package

We offer a party packages as follows:

The following non-prime time rental fees apply for all weekday ice rentals before 4:00 p.m. and weekend rentals before 7:00 a.m.

Resurfacer, Eisfeld, Artificial Ice Rink

$147.00 plus HST (less than 5 hours per week)
$136.00 plus HST (more than 4.5 hours per week)
$108.00 plus HST for sell off ice time

The following prime time rental fees apply for Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to midnight:

$212.00 plus HST (less than 5 hours per week)
$168.00 plus HST (more than 4.5 hours per week)
$160.00 plus HST for sell off ice time

Floor rentals

During the summer months, you can book floor space at the Recreation Complex for ball hockey, lacrosse or other activities. The following hourly rental fees apply:
