The Ontario Government has announced that effective Monday, March 22, 2021 at 12:01a.m., Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health will be moving to the Orange-Restrict Level of the COVID-19 Response Framework: Keeping Ontario Safe and Open. Please find more details in the Ontario Government’s news release. Restrictions for Orange-Restrict Level can be found in the COVID-19 Response Framework.

As of March 23, 2021 Town Hall will be open to the public Tuesday to Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm.  Scheduled appointments are also available from Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm upon request. We are encouraging everyone to continue to take advantage of digital processes. The best way to reach staff is by email. You can pay your bills online by visiting our webpage Paying My Bills.

Covid 19 Green Zone Protect
Green – Prevent

Standard measures

  • Focus on education and awareness of public health and workplace safety measures in place.
  • Restrictions reflect broadest allowance of activities in Stage 3 absent a widely available vaccine or treatment.
  • Highest risk settings remain closed.
Covid 19 Yellow Zone Protect
Yellow Protect

Strengthened measures

  • Enhanced targeted enforcement, fines and enhanced education to limit further transmission.
  • Apply public health measures in high risk settings.
Covid 19 Orange Zone Restrict
Orange Restrict

Intermediate measures

  • Implement enhanced measures, restrictions and enforcement avoiding any closures.
Covid 19 Red Zone Control
Red Control

Stringent measures

  • Implement broader-scale measures and restrictions, across multiple sectors, to control transmission.
  • Restrictions are the most severe available before widescale business or organizational closure.
Covid 19 Grey Zone Lockdown
Grey Lockdown

Maximum measures

  • Implement widescale measures and restrictions, including closures, to halt or interrupt transmission.
  • Consider declaration of emergency.
