Notice of Construction

Franklyn and Victoria Streets

The Town of Shelburne would like to inform all residents and property owners that sewer and road construction works will be starting on Monday, October 17, 2022, weather permitting and is expected to take approximately 3 weeks to complete.

To safely conduct the work, there will be a partial road closure of Franklyn Street and lane closures on Victoria Street. Residents will need to use Meadow Gate and Simon Street to access or leave the community. The contractor will also install traffic signages to delineate the construction area. While work is ongoing, residents may experience traffic congestion and some delays when accessing their driveway.

Please ensure to take extra caution when construction vehicles and workers are present. Traffic control personnel and signages will on site and should be followed. We will make every effort to keep this disruption to a minimum. We apologize for any inconveniences, and we appreciate your cooperation during these construction activities.

Sandhill Court Reconstruction Project

The Town of Shelburne is scheduled to begin construction work on Sandhill Court. Minor traffic delays and inconveniences can be expected throughout the duration of the construction project.
