The Town of Shelburne invites quotations for the supply and planting of 33 boulevard tree replacements. There are various boulevard locations on streets within the Town of Shelburne. Areas will be marked for planting and Town Staff will be available for guidance and walk throughs (specific locations listed in Schedule B). Contractors are responsible for obtaining utility locates prior to planting.

This project if accepted, is proposed to be completed by November 30, 2022. There is a potential for increasing the number of trees planted based upon budget considerations and the final quoted cost accepted per tree. Quotations will be received until 2:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2022.

The Town of Shelburne is currently requesting detailed submissions from qualified and experienced proponents to provide a Fuel Management System and fuel tank installation at the Public Works Yard located at 124 Luxton Way Shelburne Ontario. The proposed system should have the capacity to facilitate a minimum of 200 accounts (e.g. vehicles, users) and utilize wireless vehicle tags and nozzle readers for fuel dispensing. For fuel tank installation we would require one 1000-gallon diesel tank, one 1000-gallon gasoline tank and one 500-gallon coloured diesel tank all tanks will be supplied with appropriate fueling nozzles for the Fuel Management System.

The Corporation of the Town of Shelburne invites qualified and experienced horticulturists to submit quotations to provide the botanical supply for but not limited to Town Hall, raised planter boxes (49), urns (2), and hanging baskets (30), within the Town of Shelburne Downtown core for the period beginning May 16, 2022. The Town of Shelburne is seeking proposals from contractors interested in providing Site Works for KTH Park upgrades including a multi-use Tennis Court. The existing Park is located at the south end of Homestead Drive located in the southeast corner of the Town of Shelburne, west of County Road 11. The existing park contains a ball diamond, soccer field, washroom building and parking. 

The intent of the contract is to supply all the labour, material and equipment necessary for the Renovation works and restoration within the south end of the park space. The Park Renovation project is anticipated to start in the Fall 2021 and conclude in the Spring 2022 when conditions permit site work.

The existing unit has surpassed its life service and needs to be replaced with a more high efficient unit.  Original unit has had some issues with cooling on the hot humid days in the summer. The Corporation of the Town of Shelburne is inviting proposals for Contractors to submit proposals to rehabilitate the sewers using methods that are within their area of expertise.  Specifically, Contractors may submit their proposal based on the work where the sewers can be rehabilitated by lining, chemically sealing or excavate and fix of approximately 371 meters of sanitary sewer. The rehabilitation includes stopping infiltration and repairing/reinforcing separated or broken pipe.
