The Town of Shelburne is currently preparing a Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The Master Plan will help determine future needs and priorities for delivering parks, recreation and culture facilities, services and programs to the community.
The ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the revitalization of Jack Downing Park was held on Wednesday November 2, 2022.
This project is in partnership with the Rotary Club of Shelburne.

New Water Tower - Luxton Way
The Town of Shelburne will soon have a new water tower, beginning construction this year and starting operations in 2022. The new water tower will be located on Luxton Way, just east of the Town’s public works yard.

In June 2017, Shelburne Economic Development, in collaboration with the Shelburne BIA, identified a need for a Community Improvement Plan (CIP).
The CIP provides a strategy to articulate a vision for the downtown and surrounding areas, to attract more people and businesses to Shelburne.

Off Leash Dog Park - Fiddle Park
The Off Leash Dog Park opened on June 9, 2022. The off leash dog park is a park for dogs to exercise and play off leash, located at Fiddle Park.

Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts - KTH Park
The Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts opened on September 9, 2022. The tennis and pickleball courts will be a great addition to the Town’s recreation asset management portfolio and will provide another avenue for outdoor play.

Notice of Construction – Shelburne Well No. 3 Water Treatment System Upgrades

S. Burnett & Associates Limited (SBA), has been retained by the Town of Shelburne to manage the construction of the Well No. 3 water treatment system upgrade off of Cedar Street, between Maple Court and Muriel Street, Shelburne. SBA has retained the contractor, W.S Morgan Construction Limited (WSMC) to complete this project.
The purpose of this notice is to advise residents of the upcoming construction activities scheduled to begin the second week of September, 2022 and continue for 32 weeks, to April, 2023.
