Vendor Opportunities

The Town of Shelburne hosts a variety of well‑attended community events each year. We welcome local businesses, artisans, food vendors, activity providers, and community groups to participate and help create memorable experiences for residents and visitors.

Becoming a vendor is a great way to:

  • Showcase your products or services
  • Connect with families and community members
  • Build brand visibility
  • Support local events and programs

Events Seeking Vendors

Vendor opportunities vary by event. Our annual lineup includes:

  • Canada Day Celebration – food trucks, artisans, activities, community organizations
  • Fridays in the Park - food vendors, artisans, activities, local businesses
  • Touch‑a‑Truck – food vendors, kids’ activities, local businesses
  • Fiddle Park Grand Opening – food trucks, activities, entertainment partners, artisan booths
  • Fiddle Park Concert Series – food trucks, dessert vendors, artisan tables
  • Community Clean Up Week – environmental groups, waste‑reduction partners, promotional booths

Vendor Benefits

Participating vendors may receive:

  • High Visibility
    Access to large, engaged audiences of residents and visitors.
  • Activation Space
    Set up a booth, truck, table, or interactive activity.
  • Marketing Inclusion
    Listing on event webpages, posters, or social media (varies by event).
  • Support From Event Staff
    Layout planning, day‑of coordination, and site support.

Vendor Requirements

Requirements vary by event, but may include:

  • Proof of liability insurance
  • Relevant health unit permits (for food vendors)
  • Own tent, tables, chairs, equipment
  • Compliance with all Town guidelines and safety procedures

Each event will provide a detailed vendor information package.

Vendor Fees

Vendor fees differ depending on the event and vendor type. Typical ranges include:

  • Artisans / Makers / Small Businesses: $25–$75
  • Food Vendors / Food Trucks: $50–$150
  • Community Groups / Non‑profits: Free or reduced rates

Final fees are confirmed during the application process.
