What happens if I miss a day?
If you miss a day of a program, you will not be rescheduled or refunded, it is always best to check the dates of the program prior to booking. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions or pool fouling.
Can I receive a refund if I need to withdraw from a program or it is cancelled?
Refunds requested 10 business days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund, less a $35 administration fee. Refunds requested within 10 business days of the program start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the start of the program. A refund will be issued for all programs cancelled by the CDRC. Withdrawal from a program for medical reasons will be considered on an individual basis and may require a medical note. Please allow 6-8 weeks to process a refund.
