Public Alert: Canada Post Strike
Due to the nationwide strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), Canada Post has suspended all mail and parcel delivery services. As a result, the Town of Shelburne will not be receiving any mail during this disruption.
The Centre Dufferin Recreation Complex (CDRC) offers programs for adults and seniors.
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines tennis, badminton and table tennis into one fun game that is great for all ages. Come out to the CDRC and try out pickleball! Drop in pickleball available Wednesday's from 10:00am-12:00pm beginning October 2025.
Time: 10:00am-12:00pm
Fee: $5.00 per person
This is an unsupervised, non-contact fun game of pickleball. The following rules and regulations apply:
Pickleball - Court Reservation
Book the pickleball court at the CDRC for you and your friends!
Fee: $30.00 plus HST
Time: 2 hour court rental booking for up to 8 people.
Please bring your own equipment, pickleball net is provided.
Join us at the CDRC for drop in Adult/Senior skating time!
Fee: $3.50 per person
Standard First Aid CPR-C/AED - Blended Learning Course
This blended learning course includes 1 day (7-8 hours) at home online training prior to the one day in class training. The online at home portion must be completed prior to the 1 day (8 hours) in class portion.
Participants must be a minimum of 13 years of age.
