If you're involved in a real estate transaction and need to confirm whether there are any outstanding water charges, you or your lawyer may request a Water Certificate. Please check with your lawyer to confirm if a request has already been submitted.

• Issuance: Certificates are issued on the closing date and will be emailed to the address provided in the request.
• Privacy: For privacy and security reasons, certificates will only be sent to the requesting party. We do not forward certificates to third parties or alternate addresses.
