A comprehensive look at Shelburne’s growth and future. Join us as we discuss Shelburne’s current and future growth.

Over 15 years ago the first Provincial Growth Plan in Ontario was released for the area known as the Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH), a broad and fast-growing region with the largest concentration of people and jobs in Canada, and set growth targets to the year 2031.

As required by the current Growth Plan (revised in 2020), Dufferin County is updating its growth forecasts and determining urban area land needs as well as intensification and density targets to accommodate growth to the year 2051.

How much growth is expected in Shelburne? With only limited vacant land area remaining with Shelburne’s boundaries, where will it go?

Join Mayor Wade Mills, Steve Wever MCIP, RPP the President of GSP Group Inc, Stephen Burnett P.Eng., the Principal of S. Burnett & Associates Limited (SBA), Mike McLean P.Eng. Vice President, Fieldgate Developments, for this virtual event, as they discuss Shelburne’s current and future growth.
