Notice of Construction - Franklyn and Victoria Street

The Town of Shelburne would like to inform residents and property owners that road construction work will begin on Friday, November 10, 2023, weather permitting and is expected to take approximately 1 week to complete.

To safely conduct the work, there will be a partial road closure of Franklyn Street and lane closures on Victoria Street. Residents will need to use Meadow Gate and Simon Street to access or leave the community. The contractor will also install traffic signages to delineate the construction area. While work is ongoing, residents may experience traffic congestion and some delays when accessing their driveway.

Please ensure to take extra caution when construction vehicles and workers are present. Traffic control personnel and signages will on site and should be followed. We will make every effort to keep this disruption to a minimum. We apologize for any inconveniences, and we appreciate your cooperation during these construction activities.
