Water and Sewer
Please take notice that an increase in the Water and Sewer Base Rate Charges and Consumption Charges will take effect the first invoice of 2023 to be received in March 2023 for the consumption period (January 1-March 1, 2023).
Rate increases for both Water and Sewer are outlined in By-Law 2020-10 Water and Sewer Rates passed by Council in February 2020. The By-Law provides for rates for the years 2020-2025 and are reflective of data collected in the updated Water Rate Study with respect to future water and sewer operating and capital needs.
