Seasonal Closure of Town Parks, Pathways, and Facilities

Park Washrooms: All park public washrooms in Shelburne will be closed as of Thursday October 24, 2024.

Fiddle Park: The Fiddle Park RV dump station facilities will close for the season as of Friday November 01, 2024, weather permitting. If there are consistent nights of frost and freezing temperatures, the dump station facilities will be closed.

The Off Leash Dog Park water tap was turned off on Tuesday November 5, 2024. 

Greenwood Park: Thunder field and Brigands field are closed as of October 09, 2024 for fall turf maintenance. Access to Brigands Field from the Greenwood Park pathway will be unavailable during resurfacing work. 

The Rotary Splash Pad closed as of September 23, 2024.

KTH Park: The tennis and pickleball courts will be closed as of Friday October 25, 2024.

Pathway Resurfacing

Asphalt pathway resurfacing work is scheduled to be conducted between October 10 – November 30, 2024.

The following pathways will be impacted during the construction work:

• Greenwood Park pathway
• Greenwood Avenue linkage
• Simon Street Park pathway
• Simon Street linkage

Pathways will be closed while work is underway. Please use extra caution around work areas and obey all signage.
