Resident Reminder: Boulevard Obstructions

As residents prepare their properties for the warmer months, please do not build or install permanent features on the boulevard or around boulevard trees. These items encroach on Town Property. Items such as, but not limited to, landscaping materials, fencing, brick work, driveway curbing, irrigation systems, stakes, large boulders, replacing sod with river run stones, shall not be placed on the municipal right of way.

If an encroachment is identified, the Town may require the encroachment to be removed and the lands returned to its original state to the satisfaction of the Town. All costs related to the removal of the encroachment shall be at the encroaching party’s expense.
