Planning Public Meeting

A Planning Public Meeting was held for an Application for a Zoning By-law Amendment (Z25/02) for 114 Main Street West to consider permitting a dwelling unit on the main floor within a non-residential building.  The Town’s Zoning By-law requires dwelling units to be located on or above the second story of a building in the C1 zone.

Report from the Director of Financial Services/Treasurer

June 30, 2025 Financial Report

Council received the June 30, 2025 Financial Report and authorized transferring the surplus amount of $52,575.76 into the Human Resources Reserve.

Waving of Fees

Council approved a fee waiving request for the Shelburne Terry Fox Run for use of the pavilion at Natasha Paterson Memorial Park.

Communications

Correspondence from the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury

Council passed a resolution supporting the resolution from the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury regarding Advocacy for Increased Income Support Thresholds for Canadian Veterans.
