Presentations

Council received a presentation from the Township of Melancthon regarding a Proposed Quarry in Melancthon Township.

Council received a presentation from Dufferin County regarding the approved Community Safety Well Being Plan.

Report from the Director of Financial Services/Treasurer

2024 Asset Management Plan – June 2025 Amendment

Council received a presentation from the GIS Coordinator and approved the amendments made to the 2024 Asset Management Plan in accordance with Ontario Regulation 588/17.

Report from the Municipal Engineer

Sewage Capacity Allocation

Council received a report from S. Burnett & Associates, the Town’s Municipal Engineer and authorized establishing servicing reserves; and that allocation of servicing for future development will be considered at the time of development approval for priority projects identified in the report.
