Proclamation - Giving Tuesday

Mayor Wade Mills, on behalf of Council, proclaims December 2nd to be GivingTuesday in the Town of Shelburne and encourage all residents to “Give Where You Live” this holiday season.  Read the full Proclamation for GivingTuesday.

Presentations

Kim Delahunt presented to council a general update from Headwaters Health Care Centre.

Carey Holmes, Director of Financial Services / Treasurer presented the Draft 2026 Budget.

Council approved By-law #51-2025 being a by-law to adopt the estimates for the sums required during the year 2026 for general and water/sewer purposes of the Corporation of the Town of Shelburne be approved.

Council deferred Report LS2025-13 from the Director of Legislative Services/Clerk regarding Procedural Bylaw Updates to December 8, 2025.

Council received Report LS2025-14 from the Director of Legislative Services/Clerk regarding Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) Update.
