Proclamation

Mayor Wade Mills on behalf of Council proclaimed September 30, 2025 as National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Read the full National Day for Truth and Reconciliation Proclamation.

Planning Public Meeting

A Planning Public Meeting was held regarding the 2025 Development Charges Background Study.

Report from the Town Planner

Report P2025-08 regarding Applications for Draft Plan of Subdivision (DPS 20/02 ) and Zoning By-law Amendment (Z20-02)

Council received and approved the Draft Plan of Subdivision Application DPS 20/02 with the conditions listed in the Conditions of Draft Plan Approval and enacted by-law 36-2025 to amend the zoning.

Council Inquiries

Council acknowledged that the commenting period is open for Strada Aggregates ARA and discussed the concerns pertaining to Shelburne, staff will be submitting a response.

By-law 37-2025

Council approved a by-law to authorize a fire protection agreement for the joint management and operation of the Shelburne and District Fire Department.
