Declaration of Surplus Land

At the regular Council meeting held June 13, 2022, the Council of the Town of Shelburne directed staff to give notice to surplus lands known municipally as 420 Victoria Street.

NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with Town of Shelburne By-law # 7-1995 - Procedures to Sell or Otherwise dispose of Real Property, The Town of Shelburne declares the current lands municipally known as 420 Victoria Street and legally described as Plan 10A Part Block A Con 3 Part Lot 32 being approximately 0.73 of an acre as Surplus Land to subsequently sell the surplus land at a future date.

420 Victoria Street has a total land area of approximately 0.73 of an acre and is zoned institutional.

A map of the subject property is provided below.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the bylaw to surplus 420 Victoria Street will be give consideration at the regular Council meeting scheduled for 6:30 pm Monday July 25, 2022. Written comments will be received by the Clerk until 2 pm on July 20, 2022.
