Emergency Shelter Volunteers Needed

The Town of Shelburne is seeking Emergency Shelter Volunteers

Emergency Shelter Volunteers are trained to set up and operate a temporary shelter for people who have been impacted by an emergency event such as winter storms, floods, tornadoes, or house fires. 

Emergency Shelter Volunteers will be expected to attend two (2) training sessions per year.

Information and training sessions will be provided, free of charge, for all volunteers over the age of 18 residing within the Town of Shelburne.  Training will be conducted by the County of Dufferin.
