Public Notice of Maintenance – Hyland Village Subdivision

Please be aware that starting Wednesday May 14, contractors for the Tribute Development will be performing maintenance on the two Storm Water Management Ponds (SWMP’s) and connecting channel within the Hyland Village Subdivision. The work will include removing sediment material that has been deposited in the ponds since the construction of the subdivision. The waste material will be properly disposed of offsite.  The work will be performed weather permitting until May 23, 2025. There will be an increase in daytime truck traffic and some noise associated this activity, which the contractor will attempt to keep to a minimum.
 
Street sweeping for the subdivision has been scheduled on May 24, 20225 by the developer.
 
Please use caution in the area as construction equipment and trucks will be present and active during this time.
