Shelburne Welcomes the Holidays with Free Screening of Elf

The Town of Shelburne and the Shelburne Arts, Culture & Heritage Committee are inviting residents and visitors to kick off the holiday season with a special community movie event. On Saturday, December 13 at 2:00 PM, families, friends, and film lovers of all ages are welcome to gather at Grace Tipling Hall (203 Main St. E, Shelburne) for a free screening of the beloved holiday comedy Elf.

Known for its heartwarming humor and festive spirit, Elf has become a seasonal favourite, making it the perfect choice for this inclusive and entertaining afternoon. Admission is free, and seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot, as space is limited.

In keeping with the welcoming atmosphere, families are invited to bring their own snacks and drinks. For added convenience, concessions will be available for purchase (cash only). To ensure the best viewing experience for young children, booster seats are recommended.

Limited free parking is available near the venue, making it easy for guests to attend and enjoy the festivities.

This event is part of the Town’s ongoing commitment to fostering community spirit through arts and culture. Whether you're a longtime fan of Elf or experiencing it for the first time, this screening promises laughter, warmth, and a joyful start to the holiday season.
