Snowbank Removal Notice

The Town of Shelburne is pleased to announce that our snowbank removal contractor will be working throughout the town to remove high snowbanks. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and accessibility of our roadways.

What to Expect

During this time, we kindly ask for your patience and cooperation as there may be noise and traffic impacts while our contractor and team work to complete this task.

Important Reminders

1. Safety First: Please give our equipment and operators plenty of space to work.
2. Parking: Avoid parking on the street during snowbank removal operations to facilitate the process. Winter parking restrictions are in effect from 12:00am – 8:00am.
3. Priority Zones: Snowbank removal will be undertaken on a priority basis and will take time to address all locations throughout the town.
4. Boulevard Obstructions: To avoid any damage to your items and our snow removal equipment, please remove any items left on the boulevard. Flagging or marking these items can also assist our snow removal operators in ensuring a smooth and safe process.
