As per Conditions of the Ontario Building Code, a building permit is required for all signs, except signs which are portable/mobile or vinyl on window.

Applications are first submitted through the County of Dufferin Building Department City View online portal.

To complete the sign permit, you will be required to pay a $160 fee to Dufferin County and $140 fee to the Town of Shelburne (after the sign has been approved by Dufferin County).
