From mid-October to the end of March, the Centre Dufferin Recreation Complex (CDRC) runs a variety of skating programs in the arena. These include hockey leagues, figure skating programs, public skating and shinny hockey.
We hold free public skating on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. You can also attend one the following special skating times:
If you attend any of our public skating hours, you must follow the public skating rules. All children under the age 10 must be with a guardian who is 12 years old or older.
The CDRC highly recommends the use of helmets during public skating as they can help to prevent further injuries.
We will ask you to leave the public skating session, if you break any of the following rules:
The following inappropriate behaviours are not allowed during public skating:
You can rent ice time for private functions and parties.
