Landmarks III, by the Colour and Form Society (CFS)

As summer reaches its peak, the Shelburne Town Hall Art Gallery is pleased to present Landmarks III, an inspiring exhibition featuring the work of the Colour and Form Society (CFS). This showcase invites visitors to explore a diverse collection of artwork that celebrates places, memories, landscapes, and the landmarks that shape our experiences and connections to the world around us.

The exhibit features a rich variety of visual art, including paintings in acrylic, oil, and watercolour, as well as drawings in pencil and charcoal. Visitors will discover an impressive range of artistic styles, from realism to abstraction, and subjects including iconic landscapes, architectural scenes, nature, wildlife, and personal interpretations of meaningful places.

Founded in 1952, the Colour and Form Society is a not-for-profit organization that has been an integral part of Ontario’s visual arts community for more than 70 years. The society is dedicated to fostering independent artistic expression and supporting a vibrant and diverse membership of artists.
