Polish Heritage Month

May is Polish Heritage Month in Ontario. The Legislative Assembly of Ontario introduced Bill 18 on December 9, 2021, to establish the month of May as Polish Heritage Month in recognition of the great impact Polish Canadians have had on Ontario's history, culture, and community.

Ontario is home to over half a million people with Polish heritage, making the Polish community one of the largest groups in Ontario.
