Have a food business idea? Need space to prepare products for market, cater an event, or expand your growing business? The Town of Shelburne is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the new Fiddle Park Commissary Kitchen.
Located within Fiddle Park, the licensed shared-use commercial kitchen has been created to support local food entrepreneurs, caterers, bakers, farmers, food producers, and community organizations by providing access to a professional food preparation space and commercial-grade equipment.
The Commissary Kitchen offers an accessible and affordable solution close to home.

Rental Rates
- $25.00 per hour (4-hour minimum)
- $350.00 refundable security deposit (one-time fee)
- $25.00 custodial fee (charged to all bookings; recurring bookings are charged monthly)
- Exterior storage: $200.00 per quadrant/month
- Door access fob: $50.00 refundable deposit
