Town of Shelburne Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Contract)

The Town of Shelburne is inviting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative (Contract), reporting to the Director of Legislative Services/Clerk. This role is the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and internal staff, ensuring exceptional service at Town Hall.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide professional front-counter and telephone service.
  • Process municipal payments including water, sewer, taxes, permits, licenses, and parking tickets.
  • Assist residents with inquiries on services such as waste collection and green bins.
  • Support administrative and records management functions.
  • Maintain a welcoming and efficient reception environment.
