Our team based in Orangeville works on numerous road construction sites wherever there is pavement in Ontario, as well as New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

We are currently recruiting heavy equipment mechanics 421A, as well as AZ licensed truck drivers & heavy construction equipment operators.

Our yearly recruiting process for seasonal road construction crews begins in early spring, with hiring and training taking place in May.

Excellent employer-paid life, LTD, extended health & dental benefits available after a 3-month probationary period, and a pension is available after 1 year. 10% vacation pay is paid 
out twice per year.

We offer competitive wages.
Licensed 421A Mechanics range from $36- $45 per hour based on experience. 
AZ DZ Truck Drivers range from $36 - $42 per hour based on experience.
Construction Equipment Operators range from $27-$36 per hour based on experience.
