The Town of Shelburne is scheduled to complete its annual repair and construction program to ensure that sidewalks are in a good state of repair.

The Town provides a monthly page of news, notices and events in the local newspaper, the Shelburne Free Press.

To better serve residents, Shelburne Town Hall will offer extended hours for water/sewer and tax payments. On Thursday, October 23, the office will remain open until 7 PM, and on Tuesday, October 28, Town Hall will open early at 7 AM.

The Town of Shelburne is starting work to fix and improve roads, laneways, and trails this fall. Construction will begin this week and should be finished by the end of October (weather dependant).

Beginning in December 2025, the Province of Ontario is changing how 9-1-1 medical calls are dispatched in Dufferin with the Medical Priority Dispatch System (MPDS).

Due to the nationwide strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), Canada Post has suspended all mail and parcel delivery services. As a result, the Town of Shelburne will not be receiving any mail during this disruption.
