Residents can take advantage of all the available leaf collection and disposal options during the Fall Season: Curbside Collection, Operations Drop Off Days, Dufferin County Yard Waste Program, Mulching, Composting and Leaving the Leaves.

The Town of Shelburne is scheduled to complete its annual repair and construction program to ensure that sidewalks are in a good state of repair.

Curbside leaf collection will begin the week of October 20, 2025. Full details are still being finalized—please check back soon for full details.

To better serve residents, Shelburne Town Hall will offer extended hours for water/sewer and tax payments. On Thursday, October 23, the office will remain open until 7 PM, and on Tuesday, October 28, Town Hall will open early at 7 AM.

Shelburne residents are invited to get into the Halloween spirit with a free community screening of the cult classic Beetlejuice, hosted by the Shelburne Arts, Culture & Heritage Committee.

The Town of Shelburne is starting work to fix and improve roads, laneways, and trails this fall. Construction will begin this week and should be finished by the end of October (weather dependant).
