On March 24, 2024, The Town of Shelburne issued a Notice of Completion for the Increased Capacity of the Town’s Water Pollution Control Plan (WPCP). The Notice incorrectly referred to the Town’s assessment following Schedule ‘B’ requirements of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment 2023 when the assessment followed Schedule ‘C’ requirements. Having completed all the requirements of the Schedule ‘C’ assessment, this Municipal Class Assessment was completed on April 22, 2024.
